During the construction of the Kimpton Hotel Arras, a hidden room was discover which now houses hundreds of bottles of wine curated by our Level II Sommelier, Emily Dunaway.
Journey through Bargello’s kitchen and descend the private elevator as you make your way to our hidden wine cellar where you will be greeted by canapés and sparkling wine to kick off the evening’s festivities. Next, enjoy your four-course family-style meal focusing on local produce and meats and a course of hand made pasta created by Executive Chef Jordan Arace. Finish your evening on a sweet note with desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Seth Massie.
